Supportive Services for Veteran Families

If you have ever served active duty and are at risk of losing your home or are currently homeless, let us help.

Due to COVID-19, you must call 216.674.6700 for information and services. For Lake and Ashtabula counties, call 440-381-8347. Walk-in appointments are not available.
Veteran services are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

We know military families have unique needs. If you are a veteran and struggling with homelessness, we will work with you to develop a plan that meets you and your family’s specific needs and get you quickly into permanent housing or prevent homelessness. We will work with you to find a solution and a home. You put your life on the line to serve your country, now it’s our turn to serve you.

Supportive Services for Veteran Families: The Roads to Support

Sometimes the brave men and women who assume the responsibility of serving in our nation’s military return to few opportunities in civilian life. Their challenges may include finding housing, employment, financial hardships, and the transition from a military lifestyle to one with much less structure. FrontLine Service’s Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) provides these individuals and their families with the support they need to overcome these challenges.
