What is RESET?

RESET stands for Recovery, Empowerment, Support, Education, and Transformation. Our program provides a structured, supportive environment where individuals can explore their relationship with substance use and build skills for lasting change.

  • Adults seeking support for substance use

  • Individuals ready to make a change (no matter where you are in your journey)

  • People interested in harm reduction or abstinence-based recovery

  • Participants involved in community programs, court systems, or self-referrals

Program Options

RESET IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program)

  • 3 days per week

  • Structured treatment & therapy

  • Drug screening & individualized support

RESET Recovery Groups (Non-IOP)

  • Flexible, lower level of care

  • Ongoing support & relapse prevention

Intensive Outpatient Program

Program Overview:

Our IOP provides structured, comprehensive treatment for individuals who need a higher level of support.

Schedule:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday

  • Orientation: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

  • Group Sessions: 11:00 AM – 2:30 PM

  • Location: 1744 Payne Avenue, Cleveland

  • Lunch provided

What to Expect:

  • Group therapy sessions

  • Substance use education

  • Coping skills development

  • Relapse prevention planning

  • Individual SUD psychotherapy

  • Case management support

  • Drug screening as part of treatment

 
 

RESET Recovery Groups (Non-IOP)

Program Overview:

A flexible, ongoing group for individuals seeking continued support or a lower level of care.

Schedule:

  • Tuesday & Thursday

  • Orientation: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Group: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

  • Location: Southpointe Commons - 3323 W 25th St., Cleveland

  • Lunch provided

do i need to have insurance?

Yes, you need to be enrolled in Medicaid.

Do I have to be sober to join?

No. We meet you where you are and support both harm reduction and abstinence goals.

Is this program only for people experiencing homelessness?

No. RESET is open to all eligible participants.

What if I miss a group?

We will work with you to stay engaged and support your progress.

Is participation voluntary?

Yes, participation is voluntary, though some individuals may be referred through court or other systems.
