Corrie Taylor

Mental Health Services for Homeless Persons Inc., dba FrontLine Service is excited to announce and welcome Corrie Taylor as the new Chief Executive Officer. Taylor will be the successor to Susan Neth, who has served at the agency for over 36 years, and the past 16 as Executive Director & CEO. Taylor is expected to transfer into her new role in mid-August.

Board President F. Iman Joshua said, “I’m excited to have an established leader with Corrie’s breadth of experience to champion, advocate, and promote services for those in our community who are most in need. Her extensive experience, specifically in fundraising, development and marketing, communications, and leadership development are the skills I’m most excited about.”

Taylor has served as FrontLine Service’s Director of Development for the past 13 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Denison University with a certification in leadership. As a key member of the executive leadership team, Taylor has helped establish agency direction, including strategic planning, operational goals, board development and a collaborative, mission-centered culture across the agency.

“After 28 years in non-profit social services — and 13 years as FrontLine’s Director of Development — I’m honored and excited to step into the CEO role. I’m ready to fully leverage my experience and passion to support FrontLine’s exceptional leadership team, strengthen the agency’s financial and strategic foundation, and ensure FrontLine remains a resilient, inclusive organization serving our community with integrity. I look forward to leading FrontLine into its next chapter — and to tell the world about the extraordinary work that only FrontLine can do,” said Taylor. “I am deeply grateful to Susan Neth for her extraordinary leadership and 36 years of service to FrontLine and am committed to continuing her legacy.”

Taylor lives in Mayfield Village, Ohio with her husband and two daughters. FrontLine Service is a private, non-profit organization, founded in 1988, and dedicated to ending homelessness, preventing suicide, resolving behavioral health crises, and helping individuals overcome trauma. Serving adults and children across Northeast Ohio, FrontLine focuses on reaching those with the highest barriers to care, using a service philosophy centered on bringing essential services directly to those in need. The organization works tirelessly to provide immediate support and long-term solutions for the most vulnerable members of the community.
