FrontLine’s 2025 Annual Report

In 2025, we helped more than 21,000 people move from crisis to recovery

In 2025, we worked with over 21,026 clients through our Housing, Crisis Intervention and Trauma Support programs.

Through our partnership with the Alcohol Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services (ADAMHS) board of Cuyahoga County, we answered 74,552 calls, texts and chats to the 988 Suicide and Crisis hotline.

Our Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) team was in the community, meeting people where they are to provide support. In 2025, they engaged with 190 people living on the streets, or in campsites, abandoned buildings, and shelters. Of those people, 48 obtained permanent housing.

And we provided service that 92 percent of client satisfaction survey respondents described as “Excellent” or “Good”.
