We understand that the work we do can be difficult and that those we serve have experienced significant trauma.

We provide the following resources to address the effects vicarious trauma can have on our staff:

• Monthly 90-minute resiliency group including yoga, art, and guided meditation

• Additional program-specific resiliency groups

• Dedicated employee resiliency rooms

• Trauma Champions employee committee

• 30+ paid days off per year

• Employee Assistance Program to help manage stress, life changes, work, and personal challenges

Our main office is located at 1744 Payne Avenue in Downtown Cleveland, between the Cleveland State Campus and Playhouse Square Districts. (See the map below to explore the restaurants and theaters downtown Cleveland has to offer!)

Some employees work from one of our satellite locations within the City of Cleveland, or provide community-based services throughout Cuyahoga County.

FrontLine provides free parking for employees at all our locations. We also reimburse employees for parking and mileage while working in the community.

Keeping our clients and staff safe from the spread of COVID-19 is a top priority. We offer personal protective equipment (PPE) and mandate that all employees remain masked while in our buildings.
