Chief Executive Officer

Corrie Taylor serves as the Chief Executive Officer of FrontLine Service, bringing more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, strategic fundraising, and mission-driven communication to her role. She was appointed CEO in August 2025 after more than a decade of transformative leadership as the agency’s Director of Development.

Corrie joined FrontLine in 2012 and has been central to shaping the agency’s strategic direction and public voice. She built and now oversees a robust fundraising and communications framework that sustains the majority of the organization’s annual revenue and strengthens FrontLine’s partnerships across the region. Her leadership has been instrumental in launching innovative programs and expanding services that respond to emerging community needs.

Known for her collaborative style and dedication to organizational culture, Corrie works closely with staff, board members, and community partners to ensure FrontLine remains a resilient, inclusive, and mission-centered agency. She is driven by a belief in the dignity of every person and the power of collective action to create lasting change.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Women’s Studies from Denison University and has spent her career building programs, teams, and relationships that help our community thrive.
