FrontLine Service is a national leader in the creation of innovative programs to respond to individuals and families who have been impacted by homelessness, behavioral and mental health complications, violence, suicide, and other related traumas.

Utilizing the philosophy of “going to those in need,” FrontLine Service reaches out to these individuals, works to gain their trust, and successfully assists them in accessing the services and support that are paramount to their recovery.

Our Core Service Areas

Ending Homelessness

FrontLine Service operates the most comprehensive single-agency continuum of care services for homeless people in Ohio. We meet individuals where they are and work together to provide assistance and support to get them where they need to be.

Resolving Crisis

We listen. We don’t judge. We promise to work with you directly to identify the issues that you or a loved one are struggling with. We help clients resolve their crises, reduce psychotic symptoms, and reintegrate individuals into the community while providing support services and community resources.

Overcoming Trauma

We reach out to children and families whose lives have been shattered by violence, working closely with those who have experienced or witnessed sexual and/or physical abuse, kidnapping, suicide, homicide, rape, and sudden loss of a loved one.
