Rick Oliver, PCC-S

Director of Crisis & Trauma Services

Rick first served as a manager in the Mobile Crisis team in 1995 where he continued for 9 years before becoming Director of Crisis Services in 2004. Rick received a (Need where he got his bachelor’s) and a Master’s of Education in Community Counseling from Kent State.

As Director of Crisis Services, Rick oversees the many 24-hour crisis services for Cuyahoga County that FrontLine offers, including the Adult Mobile Crisis Team, Child Response Team, Crisis Stabilization Unit, Police/Mental Health Co-Responder Team, Hospital Follow-up Program, the Children Who Witness Violence Program, Traumatic Loss Response Team and Defending Child Initiative, and the Children of Incarcerated Parents Program, including a staff of 14 managers and approximately 90 direct service staff.
