Director of Cleveland Mediation Center

Summary: The Director of Cleveland Mediation Center (CMC) is responsible for developing, facilitating and communicating the vision, scope and goals of the CMC program, and directly supporting FrontLine Service’s strategic plan. He/she is responsible for the program’s delivery of quality mediation and training services to individuals and entities and oversees the administrative, management and day-to-day operations of CMC.  He/she develops, directs and supervises the CMC initiatives and is responsible for establishing and monitoring quantitative, fiscal, quality improvement and efficiency targets and outcomes.  The Director is responsible for ongoing review of current CMC initiatives, carrying out strategic activities to identify gaps in the community and opportunities for program growth that support the mission of FrontLine Service.  The Director of CMC is responsible for supporting and prioritizing the agency’s service philosophies, to include trauma-informed care and staff resilience. This person reports to the Chief Executive Officer and collaborates closely and consistently with other agency leaders regarding CMC and FrontLine activities.

Qualifications:  Must have a Masters’s degree in business or related field.
