Employment Specialist

Summary: Under general supervision, carries out the services of the IPS-supported employment program by assisting consumers obtain and maintain employment that is consistent with their vocational goals.  Completes and maintains progress notes and documentation according to agency and regulatory service standards.   Engages consumers and establishes trusting, collaborative relationships directed towards the goal of competitive employment in community job settings with other workers who may or may not have psychiatric disabilities.

Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree with specialization in social, behavioral or human services or business, and a minimum of one year related experience.
