Behavioral Health Therapist-Housing Program

Summary:  Under the general supervision of the Program Manager in their assigned department, the Behavioral Health Therapist will work as a practitioner, providing a range of prevention, assessment, and intervention services. The Behavioral Health Therapist will also provide individualized and group psychotherapy services to address a wide array of issues, including mental health, substance use, and trauma.Conducts diagnostic evaluations that are sensitive and responsive to client cultural and ethnic backgrounds, functioning and needs, as well as environmental and situational factors by collecting and evaluating client information. Must be able to complete and maintain service documentation according to agency and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:  Must have a LSW or LPC license.
